Just to add a few things here. Yes, Roger is loud and hyper, but I think we can recognize that Roger has received a lot of good feedback on this thread regarding his behavior. His attitude during the last few events I saw him on have been somewhat toned down, and while there's still room for improvement, I believe he can be turned towards the right direction. Consider this a sort of "shock" therapy if you will. Initially he received +1s, but now he received many -1s and good reasons as to why they cannot support his application. If Roger TRULY has intentions to better himself and turn his faults around, then he will take the criticism posted here and take proper steps to apply them. Also, a trial moderator phase would be good for him. It's the best way to see how he handles situations as well as his behavior regarding staff privileges. TRIALS, are a thing, let's not forget that. From what I can remember, there were only a few people that were removed from their trial phase because they were straight up BAD, or just plain stupid, but I'm pretty sure Roger can carry his own weight. If he doesn't show any sort of improvement, and the same issues brought up are still present on the same level, then we can consider this fucked. Until then, my boy gets my support still.

Shmurda makes some very valid points. I have seen some of the blabbing that Roger can do and while it can be off-putting, it's not the worst thing in the world. We have trial periods for a reason. Good luck, and if you do get accepted, Roger, take it as a time to improve yourself.

As someone that was apart of the same ARC cycle, same regiment, and same squad I have come to know Roger very well. He has gotten some really good criticism and tough love on this app that I feel he really needed.
I'm not changing my -1 but I feel roger has been set on the right path with this and I have already seen some improvement. In say a month or two if Roger was to reapply for staff, he would have improved greatly and I would wholeheartedly +1 the application, confident that he would be a great staff member and not run into any issues that I brought up previously.
