+1 (Forgot to do this earlier, wanted to explain my reasoning from the first time I +1'd) Pyro is a more than capable fit for staff. I hear the concerns of others such as Sierron, but Pyro has shown the capacity to handle any and all cases of minging and/or unruliness so far. I've never felt in any instance, as far as I can remember, that Pyro took a wrong step in his dealings as a 5th Fleet; and that is experience that I believe will more than adequately translate into a staff position.

Pyro is honestly one of the most well behaved people on the server.
As 5th Fleet, he's always done exceptionally well and I believe that'll easily translate over to his role as Staff.

I’m going to put this here. Pyro might be nice and all, but he seriously cannot handle criticism or being scolded. I yelled at him for some non-serious behavior during an event and he reacted in a way that isn’t fit for someone that’s applying for a staffing position

According to Pyro this was a long time ago, about three months ago infact, and from the looks of it you seem to be grasping onto one issue as the entire basis of your reasoning. You are also extremely inactive, so your current perception of Pyro is out of touch with how well he's actually been improving, yet for some reason you seem adamant about making people think he's incompetent.

I've seen him handle staff-like situations as a 5th fleet NCO. While he may come off as a very friendly individual, Pyro knows when to get serious and does not really take shit as far as I can tell. Another thing to note is that, as a GM, I would love to have him helping in my events, which is one of the biggest responsibilities Support Staff have next to just handling minges.

Maybe other applicants could be more beneficial, I have no idea, I'm not Fretwell and ultimately it will be up to him. However, the way you decided to phrase this as if to imply it happened recently was an obvious move to try and tarnish him further as an applicant.

After some recent engagements, I believe Pyro is able to hold his own in heated situations. The way he conversed and acknowledged different parties is something that I feel is essential for a moderator. Besides that, Pyro is recognized as an individual that upholds his duty as 5th in an orderly manner. Maintaining trust and appearance as MP on the server can undoubtedly transfer over to the moderator role.
