Now, I don't have a problem with pyro's attitude, activity
BUT, I ain't confident in how situations with minges and staff sits will go, and if people could even take it seriously, how organized he could be with staff, organizing sims, and overall moderation of the server, I can't see it happening.

He is a cinnamon bun that brings joy to the server, if he gets Mod, he can help spread the cheer as a proud member of the community. He wants to help the server not be bored and make it even more fun others, in my opinion, he should at least be given the chance so we can see what he is capable of.

Like it's been stated, Pyro is a good guy. He's pretty active, helpful, and all around a great guy. But like Reijo said, how would it go in sits? I don't mean to sound rude, but to put it bluntly if I were a minge who got on and got pulled into a staff sit by Pyro, would I take him seriously and stop or continue?

+1 where his tone may come off as not taking things seriously its not something he can control he really does take it all seriously. Pyro is a very smart person who could always type to the person in the sit if he feels they wont take him seriously based on his voice. He is an incredibly kind hearted and fair induvial who has shown nothing but loyalty and commitment to his battalion and the server with following server rules and sticking with 5th fleet through the thick and thin. Pyro also has a great capability to connect the community through his actions and someone like that is invaluable on a staff team no matter the position.

You are one of the most innocent people I've met in Garry's Mod. Of which when it comes to just enjoying the server as a player tends to get you a really good reputation. Though when someone like that is put into a position of power, I've noticed in my years just lead to that person getting overwhelmed with everything and not enjoying their experience

Obviously you can be the exception to this, and I would love to see you be a successful staff member, but with the experiences I've had that seem to reflect this exact one, it never turns out well. You're a really kind soul Pyro, just don't let people take advantage of you because of that.

And that is what I am mainly concerned about, you getting taken advantage of cause of your personality. I'm just not too sure you would be able to handle confrontation in the way a proper Staff Member should. Most people just avoid confrontation with you because you are just one of those people that are hard to dislike. But when you are in a Staffing position, you will run into an instance where you are required to take action in a way that won't make a person happy.

Helping the server not being boring isn’t the job of a support staff, it’s the job of a gamemaster

when the GMs are working on Events or if there are no events happening/planned, The duty goes to the support staff to run minis and Sims so players don't get bored out of their minds and leave the server.
