Tman at it again with a support staff app

I think it's more than safe to say that a fair share of people from the community will be flooding to this particular Staff Application over the next few days to rant on and on in length about all the weird & wacky reasons why they hate Tman so much (edit: guess I was right).
I can't really say I blame these people for voicing their opinions on issues they feel need to be brought to light. After all It's no stranger to most both Staff & Players alike that this particular "Dirty Kettle" has been brewing over slowly for quite some time now.
In my own personal opinion Tman as a whole whether it be through complete accident, sheer arrogance or a strange mixture of both has managed to single handily rip his own reputation here on PR to ribbons following his continued mishaps with his attitude, entitlement and of course just general lack of foresight.
You need to take a good longgggg look at yourself in the mirror and realise what it is exactly you're doing here. How can you expect to take on all these new responsibilities as a Staff member (again) if you can barely even look after yourself?
Do you really think Staff are just gonna let you in on a whim like that with the prior knowledge in tow? For all they know you could take on this role just as you did before only to have you "Give up the Ghost" a few weeks later.
Be smart about this rather than just rushing into it expecting everything to go as planned. Take your time to manage yourself as well as ask around about things you could work on that both fellow Troopers and yourself feel would help bring positive change to not only your image but also you as an individual.
Do it now whilst you can I'd say before it's too late to change your ways.

I was already iffy about this when I saw it go up, but I figured to wait and see what others put down. The thing that bothers me the most is that you told others you were going to apply for GM to get their support and then didn't. To you this may seem insignificant but I don't think you realise the complete difference between game master and staff. We don't need more support staff, especially not ones that cause irreparable disruptions to others.

You need to find something to keep you motivated to keep things going, like archangel stated, you say you changed but that will last no more than 2 weeks. Don’t push yourself to become something you can’t uphold. Push yourself to meet those standards and hold them than push yourself even more to become that something.
