Staff shouldn't be saying shit like this.
Quoting someone who will remain anonymous, you are too honest. While being honest is good, if you are at the point where you constantly speak your mind and say whatever you think you're going to cause more issues than solutions.
Also while this quote at this point is quite old, and your opinion could definitely have shifted over the past what, year? But I distinctly remember you telling me that you treat the server like politics, because that's how it has to be treated. Anyone who believes the server should be treated as politics probably shouldn't be staff.

The last ARC graduation cycle? (Naz's). I got on to watch because Naz is my homie and jokingly I said to other SF members in whisper that I was just getting on to fuck with Naz. This got passed up the grape vine and eventually was dealt with between Valiant and I. While some harsh words were exchanged we cleared it all up. I acknowledged later on I was in the wrong for even showing up, and apologized for my mistakes and Valiant and I got over it.
After that I had a conversation with Toron, with that being the final message. I do not have the rest of the conversation as I closed the DM shortly after and do not share any discord with Toron. I am not able to rejoin the Project Renegade discord server due to my alt being banned about three years ago.
That is completely fair, I do not have the full convo from my side anymore, I am just stating my opinion. I am also not active, so take it with a giant grain of salt too.
Sharp's RC cert had been intended to be removed a while back in 2020, and he refused to get on the server so it could be removed and he could switch off the cert, just some backstory. Sharp showed up to our most recent ARC graduation, I believe Sharp said he came to congratulate the cadets and bully Naz a little, @Sharp, correct me if I'm wrong. Some others say he came to crash the graduation, again, correct me if I'm wrong. After the ceremony, Toron tried to remove his RC cert again and they got into a bit of an argument in-game until he disconnected so he wouldn't have to switch off the class. That's what Toron is referencing in the screencap. I'm not sure if there was other conversation, but I just thought I would give the situation backstory.

Settra has always been a chill and approachable person on the server and someone who is able and willing to help with almost anything. He always has a different point of view of looking at something. While he's not perfect and may have said shit in blaze of fury something from 2 months ago shouldn't be held against him in my opinion. It's obvious that he is mature and would be a solid addition to the staff team.
