Officer Academy?

I've seen servers do a OCS. Every server that truly attempted it FAILED epically there are just to many issues with a ingame OCS.

I'm coming out of my hole that is no wifi to state my opinions

-1 to a dedicated Officer Academy

But...

+1 to a few high ranking COs to teach and help those who are struggling. (I know it's already being done, but it's not at the capacity it could be in)
