You are a serious player in-game and you perform your duties as Shock quite well as far as I can tell. While you do display a maturity that goes beyond your age, I'll have to give a -1, because the job of a Gamemaster requires a lot of creative thought and hard work. While I wouldn't argue that you can't exhibit such qualities, you are still young and I would recommend you apply for support staff instead in order to get a good feel for the staff position before you move into the role of a Gamemaster.
