Your staff app doesn't answer some questions, for an example time period of you being staff on past servers. I just wanted an idea of how long you've been staffing on other Gmod servers because the other answers allude that you have been doing it for a while. Now Renegade is a different rodeo from other servers, I'm not just saying this because I want to be a snowflake but personally I'd like to see you integrate with the community in some way so you know why it's different. As of right now, you're just a CT, I'm assuming you're going for shadow from what I've heard, but as of right now you're a PSC CT not even in HERMIT. You're not really integrated into the community, not at all. That isn't a problem that will stay there forever, you'll eventually join Shadow or some other battalion. But this server has higher expectations for staff members than others, higher expectations for GMs than others as well. I personally would just want you to integrate with the community more before accepting you onto the staff team. You have great potential though and I can't wait to see what you'll end up doing in the community.

Just as a quick answer on staff time. The community I just left which is the most recent community. I have been there as a staff member for over a year. Ones before that was from 3 months to 5 months.
But I appreciate the comment and understand completely. Thank you for the feedback for sure!

Edit: I also have purposely not joined Hermit of things being said about battalion jumping (as I'm interested in shadow) but also not wanting to join something when I am not too interested in it.

Thanks for applying! Unfortunately, we believe you need more time on the server, and more time in the community. We also don't find it favorable that a large reason for applying is to gain experience on how staff works on PR, and while that is admirable, I need GMs who will be dedicated long term.
