It’s clearly a heated post so I’ll just keep it brief. Iken from what I can tell definitely has his moments of mingery and fooling around. But these are moments I’ve seen months ago. Far as I can tell, they aren’t happening now or at the very least they’ve been dialed down a fuck ton which is progress towards improvement. In the times where he isn’t being dull or messing around, he’s quite serious and straightforward with the task he has at hand. FM or SM isn’t his choice which is unfortunate but I’ve seen his capabilities as a leader. I believe Iken, given the proper staff training that all our staff get upon entering the team, will become a great asset providing assistance and support throughout the server.

You're still not great at being serious. Rough brought up the point of some of the other staff members not being serious while on ship, but that's not an excuse to not act serious. Even if some of the people fail to meet the standard, there is still a standard to be met. You shouldn't be an idiot just because someone else is being an idiot too.

Since I posted this about 2 weeks ago, you've started to get more serious. I no longer see you being a minge every time you get on, which shows me that you're willing to put in the effort to improve yourself. While it's not a tremendous improvement, it is improvement nonetheless. I'm changing my -1 to a +1 because of this.

+1, Not because he's in my regiment but he consistently tries to better the server as a whole. You may say "Oh he maybe mingy" but that's a term based on perspective. He takes every responsibility he is occupied with seriously. He has the ability to have a good time and make cognitive decisions about the situation as a whole not based on the opinions based on one person, but multiple perspectives about the situation to make an accurate decision about the current situation. In MY OPINION, Iken has consistency on the server unlike some staff members and the ability to hear both sides of the story BEFORE making a final decision about a situation. From MY experience over the years of SWRP, he would make an excellent staff member.

I personally have no problem with you, but I get the feeling you don't always think before you act. This makes you come off to me, and a few others, as immature and irresponsible at times.

Now, this isn' a dealbreaker because, in the end, this is a really simple fix just be more mindful of how you say things and what you're doing and what might be the result of your actions, hell being staff might even help with that.

Other then that I cannot say much else, you seem like a good guy, and I don't doubt you wanna do good things for the server, but we haven't had a real conversation that I can think of, which that really plays into judgment with stuff like this.
