Call me pessimistic though I wanna get this off my chest; the amount and choice of your references is quite concerning. Not only are you supposed to only have 1 reference, but you've provided references from inactive players, players who've left the server, and even permanently banned players. It's better to have 1 solid reference from an upstanding individual rather than what you've done here.
That aside, your answers are short although concise and your sample event is really interesting. As long as you keep up a bit more of a serious attitude moving forward, I'd love to see you on the GM roster.
