I've had minimal interaction with you in-game, so I'm basing this almost entirely on second-hand information. Being an NCO figure in hermit company, the introductory squadron must really take its toll. Though from what I understand, you've carried the position well. I have heard literally 0 complaints about you or how you run certain things in Hermit, so that is also a plus.

Though, and don't take this personally. I see you as someone who might take criticism or another person's opinion of you a bit too personally. Lighten up a bit and focus on yourself rather than what other people think of you and you'll do just fine, if not better than what you've already been doing. Don't let other people's opinions get in the way of what you want and you will make a good Support Staff Member.
