I've known Dave for almost three years now, whether it be as a staff member, a player, or even someone I met in person. Dave's had some rough times on the server at least when I was playing, but based off of how everyone is reacting to this application, Dave has definitely fixed his shit on the server. I have seen Dave as a staff member, and if he puts his mind to doing something and is actually dedicated he can make a huge attitude change.
