Yes all my promos were made by Riddick. Capts and squad leads keep on saying they have permission to promote and then random ass promos come out of no where. Example: How shock were all CPLs once. Crimson squad lead being promoted to SGT in a day.

Bruh I trained more then half the server. My recruits are SGTs and CPLs. While I'm stuck at CPL and working it for SGT. They really need to do a mass demotion because some of the jerk offs I trained don't deserve NCO and need to learn how to earn it. Also really need a CT Capt to keep track of these fing self promoting CT squads. Halifax are the only true ones.
They are already thinking about a mass reset on ranks which I'd be fine with but we do need to start getting a rank structure because the whole everyone is between SSGT and PVT is not working.
O the SSGTs earned their rank. Like the medical officer Contort and the leader of Halifax squad, Kor deserve their ranks and act maturer then some of captains. Really only SSGTs I know anyways.
The SSGTS are not better than all of the people below them remember that they got their ranks because they were here before everyone else I do agree some of the captains don't act mature and that needs to be worked on if we're to move forward.
And they are still here, there were many people but they are in new squads and battalions now. Even if Halifax died once, these are the oldest squads to live and deserve it unlike the 00fs I trained.
Sorry I didn't explain my self clearer. They are better because they know how to manage a squad and earned it unlike SOME of the troopers you talked about in GENERAL.
Alright, I guess I can see where your coming from, but I still don't see why the should get a demote as well, considering they are probably the best choice for those positions anyways, because of said experience.
I didn't say they didn't deserve their rank I'm saying we need to stop saying the SSGT are above everyone else all troopers need to be taken under consideration because many are overlooked.
Another thing is Experience is nothing we all have it if we were to take experience in every drop of sand everyone would be posting what they've done but they don't someone can be better than others even if they have less experience.
Oh, I guess I misread that then. I do agree with not over looking troops in favor of SSGT but of course depends on how their respective captains feel ultimately.
