Can't join, loading glitches out

What is the Bug?: When joining the server, it gets to the "Realistic Hook" and gets stuck on the material download and .vmt (I have all the content)

I had uninstalled all the content 3 months ago and did a fresh install of the server content today.

Is it persistent?: Yes

If so, how do you replicate the problem?: Trying to join

I'm going to remove the resource downloads for the realistic hook right now, please update if this fixes the issue.

Tried joining today and it still got stuck on the realistic hook.

Now the loading process stops at the resource/fonts/clonewars2.ttf
