This makes no sense. I don't really know what situations you could be referring to other than what occurred regarding his RC life. Regardless though, a man's character is tested when his pride is tested, and in my opinion, Archer himself proved that he can be overtaken by immaturity, and this is evident in his decision to entirely leave the server over temporary removal from RC; leaving Project Admin, High Command, CO of Shadow Company, Grandmaster of the Jedi, etc. Not only this, but he left all these positions with his departing words being, "The whole server is a pit of vipers". This doesn't, and shouldn't reflect PR staff, and with Archer only recently coming back, and really not doing much to achieve Mod as of yet, my opinion is

Everything he said previously is true or at least was. Personally this man has done more to deserve a staff rank than most the people putting -1's.

Are you here for you and what you can gain, or are you here for the server and to have fun? Last time you left you threw a fit similar to that of a child who lost a toy. It was not a good look for a grown man. I won't go as far as to -1 you, but I do want to bring up the fact that you said who you are on the server was your life. You can't be that person again if you want staff. The staff team has been without drama since you left and now your application is stirring things up in a way it shouldn't if you were, as Nathan says, deserving of a staff rank. I am not staff but I do hold considerable power on the server in terms of access and stuff. It’s all ultimately meaningless to me. In fact, if I were to lose all access to everything I have, I wouldn't care because, I am not here for the power I have, or the position, or the rank, or any of that in game stuff. I am here because I love Star Wars and I love this server and I love what Riddick does as an owner, even if he is a bit of a brat sometimes ;P. The point is, I am here because of the friendships this server has given me and the fellow love I have for SW with everyone else in the community, not as it appears to me and the others -1ing your application, because of what I have in game. You should be a person first, and whatever position you hold on the server second. That is all from me.

I am here because since leaving I have been lost and without purpose because I am of the opinion that my life has no meaning, so if I can find any way to make myself useful, I feel like it would help my mental state. Part of the reason I left as I did was the culmination of stress reaching it's boiling point with the positions I was in. I was in several different high ranking positions, and while that in itself will inevitably be stressful, it came to a point where on every life I was essentially being told what I was doing was wrong. Hell, there was an entire discord made with the desire to remove me from Jedi Grandmaster, made by the same person who had previously made me a surprise birthday discord and invited a ton of people to it to surprise me. It hurts, and everything built up. Losing, which to me was the most important thing I had achieved (and I was also not told it was temporary, I was under the impression it was permanent) was not the only reason I left, but it was the straw that broke the camel's back for me. Now that I am back, my goal is to work with my squad, and do what I can to help. If I get denied staff, which I expect to be, I will simply take everyone's criticisms and work on myself, and try again at a later date.

Much as I understand that sentiment, it doesn't work for me. My worth is measured only in how much I can contribute to whatever I am a part of.

I can respect Your desire to better yourself, but if you are putting all of your chips into who you are on a GMod SW RP server then I don’t want to enable such self destructive behavior. I hope that if you do get denied, it will make you branch out and seek more than just what this server can give you. Because what this server can give you isn’t going to be enough. Changing to a -1.

Archer, you are not a bad person. When we did operations with each other, I enjoyed them greatly. Your input as admin improved my own performance as staff. I have, however noticed a number of issues during my time on the server.

You had been granted rank and roles far in excess of what you could handle, as evidenced by the Jedi fiasco. You remained very stubborn and closed to criticism, as shown by the events leading to your removal from RC. From my own perspective, it appeared that your main goal was to accumulate more and more power and responsibility on the server. I can completely understand the need and desire to step up and guide groups in the direction you think they should be. The resulting issue is what we all saw happen.

You spread yourself far too thin, held control over most of the server, and could not keep the absurd number of responsibilities fufilled. That was not a good place for you to be for both your sake and the server's.

When focused, you can be an excellent leader and a dedicated staff. For this reason I will not give you a -1. At the same time, I have not been around to see if you have overcame some of the issues that plagued you before, and I therefore can not give you my +1. What I can give you are words of encouragement to press on, be patient, and don't forget to take a step back from time to time.

Archer. My personal Opinion of you is less than that of others I will not hide that fact and I was gonna do a long post on what I think of you and all your pro and cons, etc. Honestly though Fixer,Poseidon,Reijo,Fretwell,Evan,Felix, + anyone else that had actual meaningful things to say has said it for me.

Just take sometime to play on the server dude you might want to help out, but honestly just chill out play as a regular player for a bit this may be what you need to actually show change and get back some of what you have lost.
