To make an update to my +1, Alder is currently serving as a fireteam member of 3 other troopers within the 41st, as well as a an NCO within the regiment providing guidance and leadership to those under him. When 41st troopers come to me for advice on making fireteams, random questions, etc, I send them to Alder and Charmer. I believe Alder is a fun loving person, but absolutely knows when to put his head down and enter serious mode. He had to maintain control of his team to pass a final test sim, leads his FT and other troopers during trainings and events, and recruits. Kowalski and I have encouraged all of our NCOs/trainers to take up a cert to train and, unless I am mistaken, Alder put his name in the hat for at least on cert trainer role. In total, +1 my +1 : )
