Allow me to elaborate. You have a sharp sense of denial, your squad is gone and you still are somehow in the 501st even though you've been told you werent. You are too sensitive. You don't follow orders. You get into shit, like drama, which you aren't a part of and decide to give your input and sit there like you're a part of it, etc.

I was his last squad leader, and I can confirm he is still in the 501st. However, his CO has not been active enough to invite him into the cadet squad.

The fact that you play everyday is really good, but you usually tend to explode on every situation and I don’t think that the staff team is looking for that. I had the exact same problem but I manage to improve, so if I can I’m 100% sure you can too

I know that you are actively trying to improve which is a really good sign. However, I want you to focus on yourself without constantly needing to ask players for approval/criticism based on the posts you've been making recently. Sometimes your best critic is yourself, so take everything people have said to you and form it into something you can use. The "roast" picture was also highly unnecessary, we are all human, and a roast will do little to nothing for anyone at this stage.

IF you manage to keep improving and avoid unfavorable situations with other players, I will maintain my plus. You are passionate about this server, so don't give up.

You are too sensitive and disobey orders sometimes. You also tend to involve yourself in drama when you are better off just letting it go and I feel that could be a big issue regarding fellow staff members descisions.

I just realized I haven't given my two cents on this yet, so here is what I have to say.

I am Neutral on the idea of you being a gm.

In the time that I was your squad leader, I noticed lots of change in your behavior. You've improved quite a bit, and I think you have the potential to be a decent GM. Besides, we could sure use some new blood in the events department.

However, I do agree with some of the points stated above. You do like to get yourself wrapped up in drama from time to time that doesn't need your attention. You are also easily angered by many members of the community, and can be easily discouraged. But hey, aren't we all from time to time?

If I see any sort of new positive changes in you, I will gladly change this to a fat +1.

To add on to that, I don't think I will change my neutral to a +1 yet, only due to the fact that I have seen a minor improvement on your temperament, but I don't think it is sufficient enough to force my vote, sorry buddy, you gotta do just a little more. However, I hope you don't think I am bashing on you. I think you have done a great job lately from what I have heard, but I need to see it myself, how you have changed, not from what others tell me.

You state you’ve changed or are improving, but I don’t notice any difference at all, I believe that although you try and push for RP in events, to me it just holds up events so you can try and make yourself seem different. I personally don’t understand this but when you hold up an entire event when you question orders, it stops the flow of whatever was going on. You also do minge, and when you see someone else doing it, you get angry and yell at them, making you a complete hypocrite. You also have a complete lack of the truths also known as denial. You constantly see yourself as the main character of the server and treat everyone else like a dumb idiot no matter the rank or staff, and overall is not something I would want a staff member to be.

I’m saying your total time on the server, not just two days, and the few days I was with you, I noticed no difference in the ways you’ve acted in the past
Edit: And don’t talk to me about total playtime, I’ve been on this server for a much longer amount of time, and have seen you for the entirety of the time you’ve been on PR

Shouldn't really only ask for critisms so you can improve if when you receive a negative one, you gotta fight back as if debating rather than seeing it as a C R I T I S M, its someones opinion, and if you view it as wrong, you get steamy, retaliate, and come back going "alright i've calmed down, continue criticizing, im just going to ignore hard hitters ones"
