Do you have any experience being staff on GMOD? If yes state what server,positions and time period: -I have approximately 5-7 yrs as a player or member of server support staff. Started as an active member around the community of servers that host this type of game play. Through a wealth of gathered experiences from meeting new people and facing in-game trials, an ambition forged to commit giving back to the players that are new or veteran to star wars RP.

What can you bring to the Staff team?:
-I believe connecting with the player base is critical to keep things running smoothly in a sense not only as staff but as in-game character as well, to aide in maintaining and expanding upon a system in place that rewards it's players with rich gaming experiences.
- Adept Comprehension of cwrp / military game play tactics; common , simple, complex , and advanced routines. Extensively tested crafting system while in it's early development to player base of 15-30 active members.
- Considers players opinions, has some level of concern for their well-being and participation. Strives to establish a positive Command Climate among co-staff and player base,ideally increasing server wide morale and unity. Players that recognize this sense of duty accomplish tasks given to them, seize opportunities for self-improvement, accept responsibility from their superiors, and support their peers, develop server & community loyalty.
Why would you like to join the PR staff team?:
I hit a rough patch in personal life, mostly financial set backs that kept me away from performing staff role effectively as a member of [CDX] I needed to dedicate more time to working after moving to a new state and getting settled to the new living situation after exhausting most of my savings.
I put a lot of time and heart into working as a staff member to any server i'm lucky enough to be part of, i'd like to return to that. Project Renegade has a server and staff community i'm familiar with. I've worked well side by side and in service of it's players in the past. I'm looking to test myself again to help bring the best experience possible to the players out there, and right now Project Renegade is taking a bold step in a new direction. It's going to need a strong team to support it. I'd like to put my best foot forward in to pushing that machine along to see it's full potential and growth through the efforts of many that are part of it.
Why should we accept you over other applicants?:
I do not believe it is my judgement to make whether or not I can make the server better or be a better choice to join staff team than other applicants I can only promise, if accepted to devote some of my time to scripting well thought out events,passive RP scenarios, and activities for the players to engage in to the best of my ability.I like to work with the other staff team and find fitting roles suitable with game-play mechanics and try to script 2-3 events for every available map a server can access with progressing storyline.
I will extensively put time into working by myself or with the other members of staff team to organize the map with props,text screens and entities that would provide and engaging/immersive experience for the players to make game-play fun and fluid. Implemented with the crafting and loot system that will be supported on PR it will merge for a unique game play pioneered by CDX and now Project Renegade.
Event scripts broken down into different scenes,acts and objectives respectively following lore friendly immersion guidelines. With contingency in place should things not perfectly go according to plan. Adapting to predictability of player activity over time based on conclusions of these events to create new scenarios to uphold RP standard and connect to servers own established lore.
In addition to in game / server responsibility I can willingly lend helping hand for assistance with side work that needs to be completed.

Inform all fellow staff of roles and duties if they are to assist or lead players
cloak at all times when using tools / physgun / no clip
plan accordingly, timing is everything

4-7 days a week depending on schedule. 3 - 8 hours at a time varying
