Hours Played on Server: New server I've only played for like a week or 2 and on older iterations a couple hundred hours I think
Have you ever been kicked/warned/banned? If yes, explain in detail: I was banned a few years ago when we were stationed on kamino. I hopped on the server when with some old friends of mine and they minged and mass rdm'd so I was banned via affiliation plus I also minged a little bit as well. I no longer hang around those guys and it was like 4 or more years ago. I believe it was Poseidon who banned me
Do you have any experience being staff on GMOD? If yes, state what server, positions, and time period: Yes. Senior Developer for Last Bastion from i think 2014-2015? maybe? I was Head Developer for Project renegade from maybe 2015-2016/17? I was also Head admin of a HaloRP Server from like 2018-2020. These dates are more like ballparks rather than accurate dates.
Do you have any weighing responsibilities that can prevent you from maintaining activity i.e. -staff on other servers, jobs, school etc...: I have a Full Time job.
Do you have experience with Simple admin commands?: Yes very little
To list a few, what do you think are your greatest strengths?: Im Patient, Driven, Accountable, Responsible and Ability to remain unbiased when the situation calls for it.
In Conjunction to the last question, what are you most weak at?: I can be Stubborn and Tunnel Visioned at times.
For what purpose are you applying for Support staff?: To better assist in facilitating changes to the server.
(Optional) If your reason for applying was to accomadate change or fix something on the server, what would that be and how would you go about doing so?: I want to aid in changes to the server along the lines of more Passive RP and things to do in the downtime between events. Something for the players to do other than just going to tryouts and waiting around for events. I also want to assist in helping make sure updates are rolled out smoothly
What do you believe makes you stand out from other staff members/applicants?: I feel like my patience and willingness to look from a different perspective might come in handy from time to time.
Are you good at taking criticism?: Yes, I'm always willing to hear somebody out if they believe they have criticism that could help me grow as a person and a member of staff.
How active can you be in a week? Hours & Days: at least 30 hours or so
