Do you have any experience being staff on GMOD? If yes, state what server, positions, and time period: On Codex for around a month I'm not sure the exact dates.

Are you currently staff on another server?: Nope

Do you have experience with ULX commands?: a little with my previous staff position.

What can you bring to the Staff team?: I'm a calm person and I have a lot of experience with dealing with issues and managing people in my real life job.

Why would you like to join the PR staff team?: I would like to join the staff team and help the players out because I'm seeing a lot of staff not helping players out or refusing to do anything because they are to busy fail RPing.

Why should we accept you over other applicants?: Yes my application is short and so is 95% of all applicants, but my vocal personality would be good for the staff team because a lot of issues I've seen are not being passed up or are not being addressed.

How often can you be online?: As it stands right now everyday when I start my job that may change

Your reference stands correct as I do support you being staff, not just because you are my XO. Toron was staff on CODEX networks, the precursor to this server and continued to be active on it even in it's crippled state. Toron likes to take action where it's needed and make sure individual people in line. He knows how to control a situation as needed. I see Toron as a great staff member, he's already demonstrated his great conduct and staff abilities besides the brief application.

Neutral, I have mixed feeling due to the fact that even though many of the applications are short, that doesn't mean you can't go above and beyond. More effort could have been applied into this application to make it stand out, but you do have a decent reputation on the server.

+1, Here are my reasons:
- I've known Toron since he was on LB, he's a fairly level headed guy and knows how to get stuff done when he needs to.
-He knows when to be serious as well as he knows when to be a goof. He is professional and knows how to lead and tell it how it is
-He may not have as much experience as others applying, but his pros outway his cons.
-"But his App is short" Even if his app is short, from his performance in game and out-of-character the conclusion can be drawn that he would be a good staff and could be a valuable person to the staff apps to settle disputes and be a mediator of sorts in the community.

This man has had my back through thick and thin back on LB. He has given me many opportunities that I am grateful for, and I know that without a shadow of a doubt. Toron should become staff. I think that Toron deserves staff way more than I do because of how much time he puts into the server even when no one tells him to get on nor is he staff. Think of all the BS he has to deal with as an XO. Think of all the BS you have given this man just because he made you a little mad. If you -1 this app and you can't give one good reason or explanation of why you do not think he would make good staff... Then please list your BS reason. Toron is not afraid to speak his mind when everyone else is. HE steps up and takes the lead when no one else will because they are too scared to do so. Who else does the things that Toron does "well". He will push you out of your comfort zone, and I think people should stop being soft when it comes to Toron telling you what he thinks. In my opinion people who complain about getting bitched at when you know you did something wrong. IS PRETTY SOFT. It's called constructive criticism. It is life. None the less Toron deserves this.
