Do you have any experience being staff on GMOD? If yes, state what server, positions, and time period: I've held staff positions on a few servers. Most notably I held the position of Head Moderator for a while on Spirit of Gaming which was around 2015 to 2017. I've also held Moderator positions on

Do you have any weighing responsibilities that can prevent you from maintaining activity i.e. -staff on other servers, jobs, school etc...: I work 10 hour shifts Monday to Thursday and occasionally on Fridays. However I still find time to be on the server, even for only a few hours after work.
Do you have experience with Simple admin commands?: Yes.
To list a few, what do you think are your greatest strengths?: I am very quick at making the most effective decisions when it comes to fast changing and sometimes hectic situations. Im a team player, I have very good communication skills, and I really enjoy helping people to the best of my ability.
In Conjunction to the last question, what are you most weak at?: I am sometimes hard on myself for things out of my control.
For what purpose are you applying for Support staff?: I have never been creative enough to be a GM, however I do have the capability to assist them. I also really want to help Battalions with their trainings and with people who run cert trainings. I would also like to help keep players entertained when there are no events happening.
(Optional) If your reason for applying was to accomadate change or fix something on the server, what would that be and how would you go about doing so?: N/A.
What do you believe makes you stand out from other staff members/applicants?: For the amount of hours I work and how much it takes out of my day I still make the effort to be as active as I can. I also feel like my drive to help the playerbase and support other staff members helps me stand out aswell.
Are you good at taking criticism?: Yes. I think criticism is a critical step in learning how to do something better.
How active can you be in a week? Hours & Days: Monday to Thursday I can usually only be on for 3 or 4 hours after work. Friday (if im not working)
to Sunday I can pretty much be on all day. I would say 25 hours per week give or take just to play it safe.
