Here's a couple more suggestions I came up with.
1. If you remember the deployment map, you might remember how in the ATC you could activate these PA audio clips. I think this would be something cool to add to the Venator. There could be some passive ones for just random immersion, or some evac/battle station announcements for ship attacks.
2. Speaking of Battlestations, we should have them. It would help with making mini events a lot more organized, especially when there are lots of players on. Each regiment would be given a station to man in the ship, and CTs would simply be filler for whatever area needs reinforcement. This would be good for making mini events more interesting, as players could defend areas that aren't usually attacked, such as the first floor. GMs could place more enemy units throughout the ship, making feel more interesting than just mowing them down in the hangar.
Edit: Battlestations should only be used when there are 20+ players on. Also adding to number 1, alarm should be used more to go along with ship PA for better immersion. Many think it's annoying, I personally don't. Maybe turn down the sound a bit so it's more of a background noise and doesn't annoy people too much.
