Do you have experience with ULX commands?: nope



What can you bring to the Staff team?: I would like to help the staff team when I can. Whenever that is spawning dupes for trainers, helping with events, or doing anything that requires my help.



Why would you like to join the PR staff team?: PR has been one of my escape places in recent times. I love the community, the events, I love everything about it. In a nutshell I want to give back and help anyway I'm able too.



Why should we accept you over other applicants?: I know that my dedication for PR will make it so that I will work harder to make sure that the community of PR will have a great experience. I Believe that my dedication to PR will stand out over the applicants.



How often can you be online?: I can be online for around a 2-4 Hours a day

Personally as much as I like Roger as a person I don't feel he would make a good addition to the Staff Team at this current moment in time. One of the big things I feel holding you back from really "showing your shit" to other members of the community is your incessant need to blabber on and on like a chatterbox about things that are by no means relevant to any situation you seem to find yourself in.

I understand you're trying to work on it, I've already spoken to you personally in private about this but frankly from my standpoint I don't feel as though you're ready just yet to "climb the steps" and take anymore on more responsibility than you currently already hold.

To round off a few other things I feel you could work on:

-Have faith in yourself (you're a smart guy, there's no need to doubt yourself so often).

-Step up for FM/SM more (I personally found this helped me "find my voice" when it came to knowing what to and not to say, it might work the same for you).


Keep working harddd my guy! I know you'll shoot for the moon once you buff out all the cracks!

I was sort of in the same state when I joined the staff team, but with the trail phase and the help of other staff members, I stiffened my brain to a point where I am not a giant retard. I’m hoping the same will happen with big man Roger

I agree with what people have said, but you guys aren't in the same regiment as him. I love Roger, I think he is a great kid, however, I do not think that he is ready to be staff. To quote a couple people " learning what to say and what not to say". I feel like that is gonna be an issue because, it is on your clone life, we have talked about it many times,(I have talked to you about this.) and nothing has changed. I just don't see that changing if you become staff in the foreseeable future.

-1 Where Roger is a good person I don't feel he is a good fit for the staff team. He has difficulty with social cues and knowing when it is appropriate to tell jokes or make comments which lead to some pretty inappropriate things being said by him. Now none of it is intentional on his end but it can cause issues when dealing with situations on the server. Building on this we have tried to work with him on this where he says that he wants to get better it seems to fall on deft ears when he reverts 30 seconds later. This worries me in terms of building a staff member there is no point in having someone on the staff team who is not able or not willing to change their behavior or grow from their mistakes. Now this all may all seem a bit harsh and where I do like Roger as a person I do not feel he would be a good fit for our staff team.
