Missile Launcher Buff

So the TFA missile launcher is pretty ass in terms of damage, if it is gonna be added for people with explosive certifications then I think the damage needs to be heavily upped. A missile launcher is supposed to be devastating and I don't think it would even kill a trooper at full health. Also if possible maybe make the missile fly faster cause they are rather slow and underwhelming. Just all around buff it really, it sucks pretty hard

Most likely we will balance this the same way I plan to balance other heavy weapons:

It has a devastating burst-damage but the reload time is immense to compensate.
