Do you have any weighing responsibilities that can prevent you from maintaining activity i.e. -staff on other servers, jobs, school etc...:
I have work coming up soon, but it won't prevent me from getting on the server during weekends or weekday evenings.

To list a few, what do you think are your greatest strengths?:
I'm definitely a multitasker as handling different requests and problems at the same time is nothing new to me, especially with previous experience as a GM but also in my time at work.
Being an understanding individual allows me to speak with many players on the server without issue and I believe that people feel free to speak with me in a relaxed manner so it's good vibes all around.
I consider myself an accommodating person due to my willingness to help out fellow staff and players as needed. If an issue arises such as one event helper being unable to join due to issues on their end, I'll gladly step in.
In Conjunction to the last question, what are you most weak at?:
I'm sometimes a bit too lax, but when it comes to people that actually mean trouble I'll gladly deal with them.
For what purpose are you applying for Support staff?:
As I now have more responsibilities on the server than ever before as a player, having access to staff powers in order to conduct my trainings as well as maintaining balance on the server is crucial. As a lead cert trainer being able to present my ideal training scenario is an important part of ensuring a consistent process and at times there are no staff on or they are unavailable, so being able to get on during certain times when others cannot is a plus. While normally I would have gone for Gamemaster again, the issue of timing and availability makes that position a bit uncertain for me, thus Support Staff is my choice in order to fit my current status.
(Optional) If your reason for applying was to accommodate change or fix something on the server, what would that be and how would you go about doing so?:
What do you believe makes you stand out from other staff members/applicants?:
Having experience as a GM on Project Renegade is a definite boost to my credibility and an understanding of how events work and the type of support that GMs expect is nothing new to me. Since I have experience with Helix base training me should not take as long unless staff were given a whole new set of tools, but from what I understand it should all be very familiar.
Are you good at taking criticism?:
Criticism is a great way to learn, and as a former GM criticism was always helpful in improving events. So yes, I can take criticism well.
How active can you be in a week? Hours & Days:
3 to 4 hours on weekends depending on my plans for those days, or longer if I'm free. Weekdays will be around maybe 3 to 4 hours, but depends if I'm working from home or in the office.
