For those who cant or dont want to donate, or maybe elite units get them, or paratroopers idk Im leaving the actual implementation to riddick and Chris, just wanted to make sure people knew about this

We already have jetpacks, which is basically the same thing as this. We'll be implementing Jet Troopers in the future when we feel the time is right.
