I've read over your application, I think that it is pretty solid. I think that your event is very balanced, it's not too ambitious and very good for a first time event. I do not have much interaction with you, but I have never heard anything bad of you. I trust that you will be a trusted member of the staff team. I also liked your honesty and the amount of detail you put into explaining your warns. Another thing to add, is that I like how much detail you have also put into your application as well. It showed me that you did not half ass this application and you spent more than 5-10 minutes on this.
