I'm a good listener and I try to communicate everything as best as possible. I'm good at playing the devils advocate I also try to be as unbiased as possible.

honestly nothing the other staff and applicants are good. I just like the player base and the server and I want to help out where I can.

Honestly I'm gonna have to say Neutral to this, as much as I think you'd be a nice member of the staff team, I don't know you all too well, I just know I recruited you into shock and you have stuck to it since. It's good that you have experience, and you know how to do the staffing stuff, though we don't play "devil's advocate" here, and it isn't the greatest seeing someone say they "Try" to be unbiased as much as possible, if you ever feel like you are uncomfortable and feel like you aren't able to handle a situation without being biased just ask someone if they could take over but I wouldn't ever say "Try" because it makes it look like you could have had incidents in the past with your old staffing. Other than that your app looks good man! And it would be nice to have someone from a completely different time zone on the server doing after hours!

In my two weeks since returning, I've seen much of cheesepuff, he's been one of the more active people I've seen around, whether he's running Shock as Cheesepuff or Naval as Nita drd. I've seen the normal amount of jokes here and there, something everyone is surely familiar with, and I've not seen it go too far, be unwelcome, or be carried on longer than fun.

Cheesepuff has shown to be helpful in fulfilling his roles in the RP sense of things and from what I've seen, has a genuine interest is helping the community in a more proactive way.

Now there may be things at times I've missed, particularly while watching out for other things, but I make an attempt to listen for what people say, and I can't bring anyone to mind who has a grievance against Cheesepuff and could not, for the life of me, think of any reason he would not make a good member of the support staff team.

TLDR - Mans got my support.
