Battalion Evaluations

Weekly or monthly battalion evaluations.
This will be a test of each individual battalion on their strengths going through the basics, role play, combat/strategys, and communications these can be taken out but this is just an example. After they finish the tests their commanding officer will be told their score and a detailed summary of what they did wrong and right, you also could create a score sheet instead of a summary.

This test can be used to give battalions their general status for example if a battalion did horrible they would know that it's time to step up and improve themselves. If a battalion did average they would know their a select few things they need to work on and they can improve on them making them achieve their best.

This is something that isn't just a small test I've seen inspections but they don't really test on much.

The one you hosted isn't scheduled and this could add rewards for battalions that do well to make troopers want to be better. I've also seen a bit of inspections and it doesn't provide everything a battalion needs to test on to find out how they are doing.

I find it a perfect idea. It keeps all the troopers in all battalions motivated to improve their skills. I like it

Every battalion lacks motivation. Having something like this will cheer them up.

I just overal think besides this type of stuff we need more like passive RP on ship, or on base now to be able to efficiently get everyone to play better and actually love what they do, but that is just a thought.

It was scheduled, I gave everyone like a week to prepare. Also that wasn't as intense as I would have normally made it because Riddick wanted me to go easy until the squad system was in place. Normally I'd have been much more nitpicky
