Reason you feel you should be unbanned?: Well hi it has been a while. Since I have been banned I have kinda stopped playing gmod/games in general and focused more irl and growing up. I have dmed Dave a while ago apologizing on discord and we have talked and played vrchat (idk if he remembers cause he was drunk lol). At the end of the day I am still sorry for the way I was toxic towards him and hope I can be unbanned and let back into the community.

+1 Banzai got his rank of Sergeant for a reason while he was in DOOM, I personally feel like Banzai had some issues he needed to work out IRL that were bleeding into his mood on the server causing him to become toxic, however I feel like Banzai has taken his much needed time away from the server and a second chance is in order for the guy.

Honestly, I could go either way with this.

Like most people, I believe in second chances, and it's entirely possible you are a completely different person from what you were like previously.

However, that doesn't mean you are suddenly not responsible for your past actions. And the big thing I saw was that you were previously catfishing people on other servers then bragging about it in general chat.



Being a toxic jerk is one thing, but actively scamming people out of their money is one of the shitiest things you can do to someone in my opinion. As I was not there when this occurred there is probably some missing context here and if you have anything to add about this please do.

Overall, I'm inclined to believe that you have changed since then and should be given another chance but this whole scamming business leaves just enough of a bad taste in my mouth that I can't +1 this post in good conscience.

Seeing this I’m gonna be neutral on the agenda. Though I do believe in second chances and people have the ability to change. Some crimes of the past can’t simply be forgotten. Based on what I saw from jek’s screenshot, you would have to prove yourself that you have changed and won’t do any stupid shit like that. Until then I remain neutral

Okay hi again just wanted to clean up this scamming stuff.
1: I never scammed anyone 2 men both above 25+ dmed me thinking I was a girl trying to get nudes as my pfp was Belle Delphine. The first guy I joked on for a min then blocked him and the Second guy my girl friend was 22 at the time thought it would be funny to send pics of her as a joke (ALL SFW NOTHING NSFW) until we got bored and found it unfunny and blocked him.
2: I never once got any money from both guys it was just a dumb joke that me others found funny at the time.
3: Was it dumb and stupid, Yes. I was young dumb and stupid at the time and see it not being a joke and not funny.
