What can you bring to the Staff team?:
Activity, Dedication, and a new found drive to play the game and contribute to the community. I am fairly new to the community only really dabbling with the PR during downtime on another server and when I was free from work this was during the warfare update since then a lot of things happened which allows me to have another time sink in my schedule. In short I have a lot of free time to dedicate and recently its been directed here on the server but I want more than just get on and shoot droids I would like to give back to the community in whatever way possible.
Why would you like to join the PR staff team?:
I would like to host events, trainings, and PVE sims for the community. As part of omega I want to be as active as possible for my squadmates and the rest of the community but at the current time I find myself joining the server and waiting for things to happen I've always had the drive to get involved with providing content for users of the communities I'm in I believe joining the staff team would one give me more to do during downtime for the users on the server and two allow me to be useful to my squadmates when we need to work on things and aren't able to get a gm.
Why should we accept you over other applicants?:
I have 2 years of experience with Gamemastering on a large server with an average of 90 users on during the events, I'm a quick learner when it comes to modules used to provide content for the server, I can adapt to situations on the fly during events, that being said I still think I have much to learn and relearn as the Year break I took from gmod has made me quite rusty but I the prospect of learning new tricks and techniques when it comes to running events again has me feeling nostalgic and excited to learn again something that I started to lose during my 2 year long gmod binge. Overall the biggest thing I have is the drive to do things once more.

What is one key thing that should be exercised while running an event?
The ability to adapt to the ongoing event, along with making sure your event is fun for the users.
How often can you be online?:
Currently I am able to get on everyday for 3-4 hours. During January I will be on for the same amount of time except for Friday and Sunday Ill be busy with arma for a couple hours and if I still have the time afterwards ill be able to pop on.
