PC broken (Sizarion's LoA)

My PC broke to where I can't find the D: drive anywhere on my computer. It's not in the Disk Management or Drive Management or anywhere it should be.
Since like 95% of my games are on my D: drive, I'm unable to hop onto the server.

P.S: I already spent two fucking hours trying to find a solution with none found. My computer won't let me factory reset it for some reason.

Cant you just reset you're computer and just create a new volume?

I already tried everything. I'll be able to hop on the server though. I'll have to send it in after two weeks
