Hello Everyone.

As much as I didn't want to go, as I didn't want to give up, sadly I have been pushed to leave.
I've put so much effort, so much time into this server, I've been Staff, I've been here since Day 1 of Project Renegade, and what do I get in return? A Bite in the Ass. I've honestly tried to be friends with people, to get on their good sides, but I apparently spent too much time on that to manage other stuff. I've tried to fix Navy, I've done my job as a Gamemaster, but it pisses me off to get so much damn Hate and Dislike thrown back at me. I've TRIED to be what people wanted from me.. But That wasn't enough. I had my Goals for the Server, One of them as everyone obviously knows getting Admiral, but with the Player base disliking me as they do, with the Staff on my ass as they are, I know that was impossible. I've tried to pickup Navy, Fix it, make it better, but I've failed. I've failed all of my Navy. I am deeply sorry.

Minds well get to the Point. I'm Resigning. I'm fed up with all this shit I have been getting for the past whatever the hell it's been. I came to this server for RP, I wanted RP, but the server clearly puts Staff and Rules way before and that's not what I wanted. I've found other servers that have that. Good luck Everyone and to those who were dicks to me and reported me for shit, fuck you, too.

Damn that really sucks. I’ve honestly seen you as a pretty great guy. Seriously fuck those guys who were such dicks to you. See ya.

Alright, I will start here. When I was demoted from ChiefNAV, I was bamboozled, surprised, annoyed, so many different feelings. Kinda took my good day and spit on it. Then, it happens where everyone comes up and stands up to me. I thank them for that, this whole resignation thing, drama. Things that just I hate seeing. Tiger, you've tried, and you have done well until recently. What I'm saying is that there were things you could've done to avoid all of this. I've known you for a while, and this isn't you. Your friendly, social, awesome. But lately. You've been having some anger, inactivity, and all that towards us. Don't look at me wrong, I like you, but not the you that you are now. The one from before. I am ending with this, I am deeply sorry for this, and I don't know if it is just me I but feel really bad for this event. But you don't stab someones back like that.

I can give this to you with a Straight Face.
The Reason for Removing you from Chief Navigations:
I felt like you had your hands tied with doing so many Events and doing Navy things. I saw you as a good navy, yes, but also as doing things that wasn't in your clearance to do. You'd occasionally use your Staff to get around these allegations which kind of annoyed us. I've also received some reports from people I dare not name for their sake of you "minging" and "abusing" Staff. I removed you from Chief Navy because I wanted to redo Specializations, I wanted them to be fresh and wanted to kick them off again. I obviously went at it the wrong way but at the same time calm your tits. God damn it's just a role you literally didn't do anything at least with out my permission if you did. If you have a problem with something I do, Bring it to me instead of flocking to the most inactive, (Love you Robert) person on the server who has his own depression and loneliness to deal with.

All I can say is I see where you are coming from, I really, really do, happened to me funnily enough.
