Growing player-base

How are you guys growing your playerbase?
Do you have a marketing team?
If not, you should get people to advertise on all platforms. (Skype, Twitter, Gmod Forums, etc.)

Our player base has indeed begun growing once again recently, we had a large steady player base in September, but now we’re beginning to grow slowly once more. The only marketing route we’ll be taking I believe is leaving good impressions on YouTube videos.
