Do you have any experience being staff on GMOD? If yes state what server, positions, and time period: I was a trial mod on a sandbox server called "Garry's mod" but was let go for inactivity

I only know basic commands such as binding keys and killing my self or others
What can you bring to the Staff team?:
I feel like the recent events have been very dull and repetitive and I want to help improve them with new different ideas
Why would you like to join the PR staff team?:
(flare told me to) I've been off and on the server for about 2 years now and I have seen all the talent it takes, and I thought fuck it why not at least try it out and see if I'm good at event writing and planning
Why should we accept you over other applicants?:
Other applicants may have the experience, which I don't have much of (being a kid and all), but I feel like being a gm and making events that are good and engaging are more about being creative and knowing the player base (which I have been around for a while now)

Debrief: Kamino a long time considered to be on the Republics' side has taken a sudden flip in the favor of CIS this sudden turn of events has caused shock through the senate of the republic. However, a distress call was sent out before the announcement was made by a Kaminoian scientist in Tipoca city, while very unclear due to sudden radio silence, the message is believed to be about a hostile takeover by the CIS at the city. although the space being completely blockaded by CIS ships soldiers will be silently moved in via a politician for "negotiations".
Phase 1
map: Coast
During travel to Kamino, the ship carrying the soldiers is shot down taking critical damage and having to land on the planet of Kalee a planet of beaches and forests. when CIS forces arrive on the planet an unknown AA canon shoots down the enemy forces. The troopers left confused are forced to find a place to say during the night as it is almost night time (5 minutes till it gets dark). During the night soldiers are keeping watch and several unknown screams are heard and 5 soldiers are sent to investigate 2 comeback with one injured, all screaming. As they arrive, they look at the woods and all three go into shock and the medics will have to take care of them. while the medics are bringing the troopers deeper into the cave for cover, unknown enemies (the other two soldiers reskinned and renamed into tribals) come out with the weapons from the soldiers. after they are killed more screeching is heard along the hills and tribals armed with a mixture of harpoons and blasters with a leader named Kala with a Vibro blade and 6000 health (event character) that the Jedi will fight if there is no Jedi then it will be a rocket launcher and 2000 heath.
after the fight is done 3 laats lands and picks up the soldiers with General Bingus and he alerts the soldiers that Kamino is still no in control of the republic.
Phase 2
map: the normal Venator
all aircraft certified troopers get into ARC 130s and fight some vulture droids while the naval fights magnificence in space and the main force fights an assortment of droids in the main hangar bay, the bunks, and the atrium. after the firefight, whoever is organizing the debrief alerts the soldiers that Kamino is back in republics control (the reason I didn't go to Kamino because I believe on PR there is no Kamino map that I know of)
What is one key thing that should be exercised while running an event?
How often can you be online?:
weekends definitely, maybe Mondays or Friday(school) and holiday weeks
