Fretwell's Lung needs a chop chop LOA

With my surgery coming up in almost only a day, I thought it would be a good time to post my LOA. I should be gone from Friday to Sunday or Monday. Depends on when my lung surgeon discharges me. This is my final surgery for my lungs and I should retain about 98% of both lungs after this surgery, possibly 99% if the air bubbles on my right lung are small and few in number.

I have a defect in my growth cycle, I grew straight up instead of growing up and out. My organs are stretched, which causes my lungs to form pockets of air on the outside of my lung. One of those air pockets exploded in December, leaving me in the hospital with a collapsed lung and the remaining air pockets. I got those removed and my lung was reconstructed but my lung has the same air pockets. This surgery on Friday is to prevent another spontaneous collapse.
