No, I have never been kicked/warned/banned on Project Renegade


Do you have any experience being staff on GMOD? If yes, state what server, positions, and time period:
Yes, I do have experience being staff on GMOD. It began when I was having a Harry Potter phase in my life and I wanted to play on a Harry Potter roleplay server. The first one I joined was Capital Community. I played on this server every day for about 6 hours or so role-playing and meeting other players and the staff. In Harry Potter, there are Prefects which are basically the Shock on here. I usually played as a Prefect in forcing the rules to minge players who arrived to ruin the experience for others. Fast forward 130 hours on the server later I was told by a moderator that I should apply for trial moderator seeing as I am always active and helping. I was a trial moderator for a total of three weeks then gaining my moderator position for a total of 5 months. Of those 7 months, I put my dedication into the server keeping it safe, fun for all. I made very close friends within the staff team and normal everyday players. As we did have problems with our staff team we got a new head manager. After about two weeks he and the rest of the staff team agreed I should be promoted to Administrator. I was an Admin for about four weeks until I got told in a staff meeting by the head manager he wanted to create two other manager positions. As the owner got all the current votes on who has the dedication and experience within the server. three weeks later I was promoted to a Manager position. Sadly I left the community two month later due to me not having fun anymore and constant toxicity in the staff team which there was too much favoritism. With the Head Manager started being corrupt. The community was dying fast and in chaos. I did all I could to try to make a change. It was best for me to resign and leave the community. I understand I haven’t been part of four or five communities but that’s because I don’t community hop. I show my dedication and do my job as long as I can for that community.

Are you currently staff on another server?:
I am currently the Community Manager of a FiveM server called WVRP I have no problem balancing my play time on Project Renegade and on the FiveM server.


Do you have experience with ULX commands?:
Yes, I do. I'm extremely experienced with ULX.


What can you bring to the Staff team?:
What can I bring to the Staff team? I'm Always fair and a straightforward person I'll tell you how it is and I always listen to both sides of a story if there’s ever a conflict between two or more players which I have a great amount of experience in dealing with group conflicts. I’m a type of person to give someone a verbal warning and explain them the rules and punishing them after they break a rule again. I don’t believe in instant kicks or not talking to the player breaking the said rule. It is important that a Staff member understands that different situations require different approaches, and there is no one set way to be a Staff member. It is important that one is disciplined and understands that players are what make and grow a server, and they are to be treated with respect even if they are trolling you should always keep a calm and polite tone and positive mindset and deal with the player accordingly. That being said, Staff is what keeps a server organized and disciplined, therefore they must set an example for other players.


Why would you like to join the PR staff team?:
I would like to join the Project Renegade staff team because I’ve enjoyed helping other players throughout my time having my other staff positions. I enjoy maintaining a fun environment for players. I’m so used to helping people from my previous staff position and my current one that I’d like to use my experiences here on Project Renegade.


Why should we accept you over other applicants?:
Why should you accept me over others? I believe a stable and working Staff team is one of the most essential founding principles to any server. Therefore, I feel like my involvement can bring new experiences within the team. My previous experiences with being a staff member provide me with the ideal experience for this staff position to do the best of my ability here on Project Renegade.


How often can you be online?:
I can be on for a total of 5-6+ hours per day.
