Could you survive?

Okay so let's take the concept of an island [With the knowledge you posses at this very moment and your current age, for how long could you survive. Be realistic] I am 15 and I gave myself around 4 -6 days (And that is pushing it) (really I'd say 3 days)

Such as, Green is mountain, dark blue is a lake, red would be just normal land
Conditions:
Never visited by humans
Forests ( Let's say Oak, swamp, some palms near the coast and )
Animals (Wild pigs, Bunch of fish birds and some bugs, let's throw in some reptiles for good measure)
The Lake would have a bunch of fish some more dangerous than others.
It would only rain in Tuesdays and Saturdays
Bushes with berries
Mountain water
