Application has no effort put into it, and I've seen you do things in game that makes me think you aren't fit for staff (Minge, running around screaming "BOY", etc etc).

This application is very basic and your responses to the questions in this application could go into MUCH more detail and be more specific as it's very general. I recommend you do some research before you post an application, as in asking staff or someone else how to show your in game time (utime_enable 1) in console). Your response to the "Why should we accept you over other applicants" portion is laughable in my opinion. Not to be rude with my response to this application, but it seems you finished it in five minutes. I've personally seen you get punished by staff in game and your lack of experience or understanding of being staff is worrying. This is your second time posting the same staff app just to remove your -1's which shows me that you can't take criticism. Yup, reuploaded the SAME application and didn't even fix errors such as in game time and just show some effort in an application.

No effort was put into this application. Can't expect you to put in effort into a staff position if you can't put in effort for the first step in becoming staff.
Also, you didn't answer "Why should we accept you over other applicants?" correctly. Just saying " I think mine will be slightly different" isn't a valid answer. You're suppose to give valid reasons as to why you should be accepted.
