Another LOA for Bio

Im pretty damn pissed about this one, but I had gotten a head cold about 6 days ago, it destroyed my throat and vocal cords w/ sinus drainage and made it hurt to talk, on day 4, I couldn't talk. Well I dont have a head cold anymore because it developed into bronchitis, of which the my body keeps attempting to throw up but it never fully gets there, leaving a mucus/stomach acid combination inside my throat, on my vocal cords, and now I still cant fucking talk, or I cough my damn lungs up every 10 seconds. In other words, shits fucked, and I dont know when this will end, because that depends on the condition of my throat.

Like, I can still play on the server, and on my pc, but I cant fucking talk and thats the shit that gets me, I cant do breacher or my event that ive been planning for a damn week now.
