Add this instead of the Cameras for the Zoom/ also give Recon a side arm

This is a Binoc weapon that goes in the first slot it will make it so you don't take 15 million Screenshots when you load in

Also the Recon only having a Sniper makes them useless in combat other then long range give them a DC-15s or something
