This is to confirm I have received all items I have paid for.
Failure to send this email within 24 hours of purchase will result in withdrawal of package until email is sent.
Refunds
Unless a Project Lead deems otherwise, there are No Refunds.
Transfers
We offer transfers up to 24 hours after time of donations. Transfers are only allowed within the server on which it was donated. There will be no transfers of donations from one server to another.
If a class you have donated for has been removed from the server, you have 14 days after the date of its removal to request a transfer. After 14 days you are not entitled to any form of compensation.
NON-PERMANENT PACKAGES
We will not be held liable for subscriptions starts and continued due to your negligence.
Certain packages enable you access to certain locked classes. Purchasing these packages however, does not ensure you immediate access to any one class.
ACTIVITY
If a player is inactive for 10 consecutive days without first submitting a leave of absence in any form, he/she may be eligible for removal from any donator classes without refund.
CHARGE-BACK

If you charge back your donation, anything you have purchased will be removed from your account indefinitely, and you will immediately permanently banned from our community.

Community name
"Us", "We", "Our", "The community" all refers to Community name as a group, as a community. We are not responsible for any mistakes you may have made with our service.
