Have you ever been kicked/warned/banned? If yes, explain in detail: Nah once by a guy who shall not be named but yeah not once in the past like 2/3 years.
Do you have any experience being staff on GMOD? If yes, state what server, positions, and time period:
Project Renegade Moderator ~ 2 years
Project Renegade Game Master ~ 1 year Got removed to make room for other GM's towards the later half of last year.
Do you have any weighing responsibilities that can prevent you from maintaining activity i.e. -staff on other servers, jobs, school etc...: Currently working a full-time job at a grocery store that takes up my activity a majority of the time however I can get on at least twice a week if I want to and I hop on for events when I can.
Do you have experience with Simple admin commands?: New Helix staff stuff? Gonna need a refresher I knew how to use the last one very well though.
To list a few, what do you think are your greatest strengths?:

I think my experience gives me my largest strength though and I had a very good response time when it came to any player problems or tickets that arose regarding bugged NPC's or stuck/lost players. I try to do anything I can to make the GM's job easier in an event while playing.
In Conjunction to the last question, what are you most weak at?: My activity is easily going to be the biggest red flag, I also feel that a lack of the depth when it comes to knowledge about all the things added in the past year, so I feel like there's going to be some time for me to adjust to how staffing works nowadays and getting used to the new things that GM's have to play around with.
For what purpose are you applying for Support staff?: I have recently made the decision to come back as DOOM CO and I feel like if you want the tools to do what you want for your battalion you would need staff powers for that, I've advocated for people in battalion officer positions to go for staff due to the freedom that it gives you to run your own trainings, tryouts, and rp that are needed to sustain your battalion's interest for the long term. I'm not gonna try to hide the fact that one of the main reasons I want support staff is so that I can properly lead DOOM in the way I once led it but there's more to it. A lot of my better friends on the server are on the staff team or high staff and for good reason too they're leading this server into the next generation of Codex and not being apart of it like I used to has made me miss my time on the staff team helping in events, being able to run SIMs, and the staff team itself. No easy way to say you miss being a moderator on a gmod server but I feel limited without it.
(Optional) If your reason for applying was to accomadate change or fix something on the server, what would that be and how would you go about doing so?: MORE TRAININGS, JOINT TRAININGS, RP TRAININGS, CERT TRAININGS. I dunno we need stuff to do when no event other than farm monies.
What do you believe makes you stand out from other staff members/applicants?: My seniority on the server & my long history of prior experience on the staff team.
Are you good at taking criticism?: Yes, arguing is not my way of doing things anymore.
How active can you be in a week? Hours & Days: I've been averaging about 2/3 days a week on the server and always try to get on for events when I see them.
