I don't know who is allowed to promote on this server but you might want to keep track al together if you are promoting too fast. A clone that join Friday is now a SGT yesterday. (Saturday). So 2017-09-22 to 2017-09-23 is the time he went to SGT

Adding on that its unfair to Corporals who spend their time getting promoted. I know some Corporals have been on for at least a week and haven't been promoted. It took me a week and a half for a promotion. Its unfair to many people that a corporal got SGT in a day.
