Have you ever been kicked/warned/banned? If yes, explain in detail: N/A
Do you have any experience being staff on GMOD? If yes, state what server, positions, and time period: I do not have any experience as a staff member but I have had major experience being a gamemaster on SuperiorServers and am used to utilizing GMOD's mechanics, This experience was about a year and a half ago if I had to guess. I feel I would catch on fairly quickly.
Do you have any weighing responsibilities that can prevent you from maintaining activity i.e. -staff on other servers, jobs, school, etc...: I do I am on active duty and have a multitude of responsibilities IRL as do a lot of players around or on the server but If I do need to step out for an extended period of time I am I would submit an LOA as to keep everyone informed.
Do you have experience with Simple admin commands?: Yes but pretty rusty.
To list a few, what do you think are your greatest strengths?: My greatest strengths are my resilience, ability to adapt to a given situation, and willingness to admit when they are in the wrong.
In conjunction with the last question, what are you most weak at?: Subtly I am pretty direct and honest at times which given the situation can be a weakness.
For what purpose are you applying for Support staff?: I feel I could assist in the background things that go on during downtime on the server and give that assistance in places it's needed such as running a simple cert for someone, teleporting a player from a stuck location, or teleporting someone who spawns is wickedly far away to where they gotta be. Maybe even help out on the occasional event or RP situation to make the RP just a little fun for all parties involved. I also like the idea of running small games or pieces of training on the sidelines for those times on the server when no one is around and we wanna do something a little fun.
(Optional) If your reason for applying was to accommodate change or fix something on the server, what would that be and how would you go about doing so?: I would say if there was any change I would do is I'd run certain games or maybe some simulations such as a survival sim for all players online to challenge their survivability in a one-life environment on the downtime that way people always got something to do while they wait for a cert trainer or are waiting for some sort of meeting or event to pop off something that avoids people just standing and waiting for the next thing to occur.
What do you believe makes you stand out from other staff members/applicants?: I believe what stands out is my approachability and the strong empathy that I can feel for others. This can be extremely important in a staff member.
Are you good at taking criticism?: Absolutely, criticism leads to improvement which I believe is extremely important for the growth of people and a community
How active can you be in a week? Hours & Days: I'd say 5-30 hours depending on how busy I am and what my current life situation is like.
