Hell Week

I want to start out by saying I love the idea of hell week but the main part of our playerbase doesn't and I've seen complaints from even XO's that they are getting tired of it and I'm fine with it because I'm interested in the serious roleplay aspects. I've had five different people come up to me and say their feelings on the whole training all week and it's getting to the point I even want to say something about it. People are complaining that the trainings are pointless which I can agree on the most part many of them are pointless and we need to have the Captains learn new trainings I'd even help with that if it's possible, I've done many trainings that don't involve formations, faces or the same old trigger discipline. I'd also like to say the mandatory trainings are a bit pointless we need to have diversity with our trainings instead of throwing them out there because nothing's happening. We need to start making shoes for training as well because this is something that is not being used at all it is something that seriously needs to be taken advantage of.

I am going to be doing training with all COs once all of them are on at the same time. Also the main point of hell week is to get people to start following orders better and not act like retards on the battlefield. Anyone who wants to leave the server cause of hell week is absolutely free to do so, cause those are the people who we don't want.

That's the thing though the idea is what people like but they hate the pointless trainings for example shooting one dot for 30 minutes straight or going over formations. People on the server want hands on training that will be if it them.

You know "hell week" is flawed when some COs are kissing a SGT ass it has gone way to far. Because people are calling mandatory training for people they can not even do shit for.
