Rocket Back blast

Rockets are a formidable force on the field. This could help with a real world application to the threat on the field to be a double edge sword. Rocket back blast should harm if not 1 hit anyone behind the rocket being launched. This would implement a ranger being required to the spec to clear all back blast giving immersion to rockets being used on the field.
