Have you ever been kicked/warned/banned? If yes, explain in detail: As I stated last time I applied; I have not been warned, kicked, and or banned on this server before. Furthermore, I haven't even been muted or gagged before. I have no intention of breaking any rules.

Do you have experience with ULX commands?: In my few years of staff volunteering and hosting a small server, ULX is the only system I have ever used and I can say that I’m very familiar with it; any similar system such as server guard would be easy for me to pick up and learn.


What can you bring to the Staff team?: A can-do attitude, respectful professionalism, and the personal objective of helping people have fun; I'm also someone who understands the importance of restraint in event difficulty/grandeur.


Why would you like to join the PR staff team?: Back in February I abruptly quit being a GM because my school work was becoming a bit too much and having the commitment to the server and school was getting stressful; this year I’ve got a much easier schedule so I’ll have far more time available; furthermore, this would enjoyable to do again in my spare time as I really enjoyed setting up events.


Why should we accept you over other applicants?: I'm not going to say that I'm objectively better than any other applicant because that would be me making an assumption of their abilities, but I can say that I’d be a great choice for GM because I've done it before and for the fact that I have a lot of experience in Garry's Mod (5500+ hours at this moment); I've also taken the time to prepare about a dozen or so dupes (AdvDupe2) for use in events.

What is one key thing that should be exercised while running an event?: A chance for players to exercise their specialized roles and the opportunity for players to actually be surprised by the event.


How often can you be online?: Every other day, in the afternoon, depending on my school commitments and time with my family; any LOA's will be brought up in advance if I can manage it.


Do you have a working microphone?: Yes, it’s of decent quality and I’m willing to use it.

1). Your steam profile is set to private, so we can not see your hours for ourselves or to verify any VAC bans that you may have on your profile so you need to set it to public.

2) "but I can say that I’d be a pretty good choice for GM": I want to hear why you want to be a GM, and why choose this server, and how are you going to be different than the other GM's, saying you can't really give a reason tells me lack of outward ability and confidence.

3) This says the person can not be found, http://steamcommunity.com/id/KnightAtticus and as for the others, it is hard for us to take there word if we do not know them as it could just be put down to biasness.

It means a reference as to someone on this server can vouch for you, that's why we ask for it because if the person who vouched for you and let's just say it was a staff member wasn't really good, then we would say that was not really a good reference right.

4) As for your event, it looks really nice, with all the planning that you have done and all that, but when you break it all down and get past all of the garnish, your event is simply, Go here, Hack a Terminal, Go Here, Ambush, Back to base.

There needs to be more story, more life, something else that gives that extra spice to an event. Now I won't tell you what that is, simply because you are the one applying for Game Master, so you need to have the ability to come up with these ideas by yourself. We have had far too many GM's who do nothing, and Far too many GM who can not come up with an original idea.

I would also like to point out, that the map that you have chosen is not adequate for the 30 - 35+ players we are now having on the server, that map actually been voted to be removed and considering we are not accepting any new staff members GM or Support, by the time you do get accepted to be a GM, when we start accepting applications again, the map won't be on the server.

I usually tell new GM applicants to create one event idea that revolves around Battles, and one event that revolves around heavy RP, and player specialisations.

If you can correct everything that I have named, that I will considering this app.

As stated beforehand however, I do have to let you know that Staff applications are closed, however members can still write on your application to show there support or criticism, and so the application can be accepted at a later date.

I set my profile back to public so you can view it for verification and I've updated my application in the areas you mentioned, such as the profile links which I updated. As for the event, I created a second sample event which I tried to make a little bit more story focused and interesting. As for the biased references, I added 3 extra people who are more credible.
